Christmas pudding

This donna hay pudding has been lovingly made by hand, just as you would make at home. Using a family recipe and selecting the finest quality ingredients (including Australian vine fruits) every pudding is individually weighed and shaped, tied with string and boiled in the cloth in gas-fired ‘coppers’ before being dried, aged and matured. We believe this traditional cloth cooking method produces the moistest pudding with the least impact on our environment.

Ingredients:
Australian fruit (36%) (sultanas, raisins, currants), butter (cream, water, salt), fresh breadcrumbs [wheat flour, water, yeast, vinegar, iodised salt, canola oil, soy flour, vegetable emulsifiers (481, 4723), vitamins (Thiamin, Folate)], fresh free range eggs, sugar, matured Australian brandy, wheat flour, orange juice, dates, water, natural lemon essence, baking soda and spices.
